I have to say that I am rather proud of this video! It turned out way better than I thought it would be. Though my expectations did drop a little when I could get some of the shorts I wanted.

I haven't edit any video since I graduated from High School and I have to say that I have done some rather shitty videos in the past. So the point is that I have to learn from the scratch again, though I have a slightly better idea of what to do now.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5

First time I'm using this software and this is definitely an overkill for what I am doing, wasted so much time finding out how to do all the simple things. Total time taken: 4hours+. It's times like these that make me fully appreciate having a fast computer. I cannot imagine editing on anything slower, it would be the death of me.

I wanted to try color correction and some other stuffs, but then got too lazy to learn it. Thankfully my camera, Sony HX9V takes awesome video so I didn't have to do much to them.

Well hope you liked the video! There's still 3 days left. Time to find another song that fits the occasion.

I got my hands on a copy of Adobe Lightroom 4. After looking through all the features that people have wrote about, I had to try it for myself.

Because I was trying to test it's ability of fine tuning pictures, I took a few really old and frankly speaking, lousy quality pictures and see what I could do with it. I'm only going to post 2 because... no one other than me is interested in this kinda shit.

The thing is, if the shot is bad, there's not a lot you can do to salvage it.
These are shot 4 years ago, on my phone. The ancient Sony Ericsson C902. That said though, it has a really amazing camera at that point of time. 5 megapixel with auto-focus. I kind of chose the phone because of the camera.

So here's another shot from 4 years ago. It's interesting how the landscapes have changed.

I realize that these pictures really isn't saying a lot. But they've really made editing a lot more powerful. I can replicate the result with version 3 of Adobe Lightroom no doubt, but it would take a lot more trial and error.

Of course, all these subtle tweaks to make a good image better makes absolutely no sense to normal people. Which is why I have to replicate Instagram effects to prove my prowess.

I really should've shot some food and "instagram-ify" it. But i just finished my dinner so there's that.

YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS.

This, this just blows my head out of my ass. This is some mind-warping technology being shown off here. It's not supposed to be possible!!!

I mean like wha-?! Man I love technology. It gets a little scary sometimes but it's cool shit.

Nevertheless, this wouldn't fix your out of focus shots, because that would just be, bending the laws of physics. But this has never exhausting list of applications, fixing all sorts of motion blur and whatsoever.
What it means is that it will help with your shots without a tripod.

For what it's worth, you've gotta love Adobe man.
