Went to watch this with Y today and first and foremost, this is a... mediocre movie. I mean, it's not bad, but really not that good, at all. The dances are still really good though, just a let down after the epic battles of Step Up 3.
I can't stress this any further, but the heroine is really pretty.
She's called Kathryn McCormick.
Oh, before the movie we ate at a place called 4 fingers. It's in the basement of... hmm. ION? I really can't remember. It's an interesting fast food restaurant and the food is unexpectedly good.

"Please refrain from telling people about 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken. Help keep us a secret, like how you would keep your guilty pleasures a secret."
Well, that's a really cute and cocky sign to put on their cups. But I like the design of their cups. Really, all the other places should start using more interesting cup designs and stop using Coca-Cola designs all the time. It's boring as hell.
Shopping came next after the movie. As a guy, I am proud of the time I took to find the shoe I wanted. I've already had my eyes on the designs, there just wasn't a shoe size for me the other day at converse. Without further ado,

Surprisingly, I'm starting to shop a little more. Mainly because it's a necessity, but it also felt weirdly good.
Of course, the first reaction my bro gave when he saw those shoes were, "You know, I could get you fake ones for a cheaper price." I appreciate the thought but really, this is the typical Singaporean attitude you would expect from anyone in this country.
On the topic of shoes, I really want to start collecting sneakers. I have a major crush on sneakers. Maybe it stems from the fact that school shoes are sneakers, and I've been wearing them for a good 10 years. They are comfortable, flexible and relatively durable. The exact qualities you would look for a shoes. (other than design of course)
Converse sneakers are my favourite ones of all. Sure, the price is a little on the high side, but man they last for a really long time. My current pair of sneakers that died, served me dutifully for at least 2 years.
So yes, I especially want red and hot pink sneakers. Grey seems pretty nice too.
Alright I've gone on long enough about clothes it's turning me off. I shall stay home tomorrow and continue doing the geeky things that I do. Oh yeah, that's the stuff.
