Road to my secondary school

I have no idea how many times I've shot this scene already but well, I find myself here once again. Last Sunday 130414, we gathered at chiang's place and started our mini road trip, a whooping 43.5km, which is almost as far as you can get in Singapore.

Oh yeah we got the chance to steer a boat! You can really feel it if you spin it a little too fast. There's a GPS system on board so it's really easy.

Popped the champagne off the boat. May post the video someday if I remember (never). I think this is probably the first time I've seen anyone shake it and pop the cork off.

I think I went to one before when I was a kid, some sort of vague recollection. But well, it's an interesting place; albeit not much to look at, except fishes.

After fishing we tried swimming in the sea and I swear it's probably the most tiring thing I've ever did. Swimming against the current is no joke and I have zero idea how anyone can swim like this. The moment we stop chasing after the boat, we just drift further and further away from it.

It's actually scarier than I thought. Without the safety buoy to rope us back in, I probably wouldn't want to go down and swim.

Army has been a pain in the ass. I have already written out the course I finished 2 weeks ago but I have no idea why it isn't posted yet. Oh well!

What more can I say, I have successfully lived through my teenage years to accomplish what might possibly be my greatest achievement: turning into a proper adult.

There has been so many events leading up to this moment that words alone can't portray everything I have felt since the start of 2014. Because I don't really have the time to write this at home, I shall spend this entire week typing away at my phone in camp, creating what may be my greatest blog post ever.

Went to Sentosa to celebrate L's birthday. It was a little awkward here and there as it's two different group of friends, but it turned out alright in the end. Unfortunately there isn't any pictures of the beach as... sand and electronics don't mix well.

Here's what we had for dinner though.

We ate at a place called.... Mussels something, at Vivo. Ate here with someone before, can't recall who sadly.

Random rant, L has a friend who is really really fair. Like,she was literally shining under the sun, I thought she was a vampire or something. I think I used to be that fair in the past though. Oh well. We played Volleyball, captain's ball and a little of soccer; using the same ball.

Fun and tiring as it may be, the skies decided to go nuts and squirted a ton of rain on us. The visibility was so bad we couldn't see any boats out in the sea. By the time the rain stopped, night has arrived and walking along Sentosa in the dark is something I've never experienced before.

It's not bad I suppose, which made me feel really guilty about having second thoughts about it, oh well. All's well, ends well.

Finally watched this today with Y and S. And ohmygod it was really good. Though it was really really sad, as expected from the Movie title. I haven't watched the original film though. There is also the 10 and 25th year anniversary play that I have to check out.

Well, since me and Y's birthdays are only a couple days apart, S surprised the both of us by... well, surprising both of us!



We got a really cutesy blue ukelele for Y. Even though she doesn't know how to play it. But man, now you have to learn it now no matter what.

People have birthdays, I simply level up.

A great of a day as it might be. I caught a slight cold. Which probably explains my lack of enthusiasm in celebrating at all. Though I'm not really into the whole birthday fiesta in the first place.

Since I'm feeling a little under the weather, I didn't really do anything worth mentioning today. Though every day else has been good. And tomorrow is going to be great as I'm going to catch Les Miserables with S&Y. I'm rather amused at how I actually have something to write everyday.

Well anyway, the important one is next year. Let's see how that goes. I'm already happy enough for what it's worth.

it's a sausage fest

This was a really last minute decision.

The day started early as I had to head to school to show my In-Charge the progress of our FYP. Which didn't take very long as we haven't really figured out one major part of the project. But the rest of it is done, somehow, in one way or another. There'll be more about it in the future. So my teammate came over and we did whatever we could, before B came over and asked me to check his router.

Which turned out to be perfectly fine. Long story short, we'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if the problem is his house or not. (probably is)

Topless 5 Ice Cream at Swensens

Happy Birthday J! 

It was my first time dining at Swensens. It wasn't bad, but well, it wasn't anything special I guess.I always had the notion that Swensens only sell ice cream. Did they started with ice cream and move on to food?

Well, either way, it was quite a retarded dinner. Thanks to all the fags who couldn't make it due to really lame reasons.

I had this retarded friend who thought that a hexagon was 5 sided. It's a pentagon you moron. Either way it was really funny talking random stuffs with him. He was telling me about how computers are going to take over the world, we're all going to be slaves to it and that he'll be like the freedom fighter.

Most of the time I was giving him this expression.


Anyway, S was there along with a random douche.

The awesomeness of the sunset.

Yes, I went to ECP again. Honestly I need to stop going there. But there really isn't any other spot that is nice to just hang out and do sports.

Well, it was S's birthday and she decided that she wanted to learn how to skate! So well, being as awesome as always, I accepted the role of the tutor thrust upon me. There's 4 of us who have known each other for more than 10 years, there is one more but sadly he couldn't make it due to his enlistment.

I've taken quite a number of un-glamorous shots. Which I would not upload due to my kind nature. 

Let's backtrack to the starting. The sun is strong but the weather is great.

Well, it was a giant pain in the ass to teach them as none had any experience but I enjoyed my supremacy over their helplessness while it lasted.

It was tiring as hell, but the rewards splattered all over us in the form of a really beautiful sunset.
